  • On the trailer you will be sitting with those who you came with and we will be skipping a seat  between groups.

Park Rules

Grace Hill Farms Zombie Paintball is a guided ride aboard a military-style truck and trailer equipped with mounted paintball markers.

By purchasing a ticket, entering Grace Hill Farms, or participating in any attraction, you agree to follow these Park Rules, all posted safety rules, and instructions from Grace Hill Farms staff. These rules apply throughout the property, including the parking area, ticket line, attractions, and other guest areas.

Failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the property without refund and, when appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Admission & Guest Conduct

Grace Hill Farms reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disorderly, disruptive, offensive, or in violation of our rules or applicable law.

Guests who appear intoxicated or impaired will not be admitted.

Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or mistreatment of staff, actors, volunteers, or other guests will not be tolerated.

Arrival & Ticket Booth Closing

All guests, including online ticket holders, must arrive before the posted ticket booth closing time.

Purchasing a ticket online does not guarantee admission after the ticket booth closes. Please allow enough time for parking, check-in, and entry.

General Park Rules

  • No refunds.
  • No outside food or drinks.
  • No running.
  • No cursing, foul language, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated smoking area. Never discard cigarette butts on the ground due to the risk of grass or brush fires.
  • No alcohol or illegal drugs.
  • No weapons, firearms, or fireworks.
  • Do not touch actors, props, equipment, or displays unless instructed to do so.
  • Remain in designated guest areas.
  • Follow all staff instructions.
  • No re-entry after leaving the event unless specifically authorized by Grace Hill Farms.

 

Health & Attraction Conditions

Some attractions may include darkness, low visibility, loud noises, fog, strobe or flashing lights, confined or narrow spaces, sudden movements, and other special effects.

Guests who are pregnant, claustrophobic, prone to seizures, or who have heart, respiratory, or other medical conditions that may be affected by fear, flashing lights, physical activity, or similar conditions should use their best judgment when deciding whether to participate.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in Grace Hill Farms attractions, including the Zombie Paintball Ride, Blackout Maze, and other activities, involves inherent risks.

By purchasing a ticket, entering the property, or participating in an attraction, guests voluntarily assume the risks associated with these activities and with being present on an outdoor agricultural property.

In consideration for being permitted to enter Grace Hill Farms and participate in its activities, guests agree to release and hold harmless Grace Hill Farms, LLC, its owners, members, operators, employees, volunteers, agents, subcontractors, affiliates, and property owners or landlords from liability for injury, harm, death, loss, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation or presence on the premises, to the extent permitted by law.

Grace Hill Farms is an agritourism attraction. The Alabama Agritourism Warning is posted on the premises as required by applicable law.

Incident Reporting

Any accident, injury, property damage, dispute, or other incident must be reported to Grace Hill Farms management before leaving the property.

 

Zombie Paintball Ride Rules

  • Remain seated and keep your hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the trailer at all times.
  • Do not reach beyond the mounted paintball markers or outside the trailer.
  • Use the paintball equipment only as instructed.
  • Shoot only at designated targets.
  • Never shoot guests, staff members, vehicles, equipment, or anything that is not an approved target.

Event Dates, Times & Weather

  • Event dates, operating hours, attractions, and schedules are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Weather-related delays, closures, or schedule changes will be posted on our Facebook page and website. When possible, email notifications will also be sent to online ticket holders.
  • Please check for updates on our Facebook page before traveling to Grace Hill Farms.

Parking

Parking is in a grass field. Follow all staff parking directions and do not park along the roadway.

Guests Park at their own risk. Grace Hill Farms is not responsible for vehicles or for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside vehicles. Please secure valuables and keep them out of sight.

Children & Supervision

Anyone under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult while visiting Grace Hill Farms.

Parents and supervising adults are responsible for children in their care. Additional age, height, or supervision requirements may apply to individual attractions.

Photography & Video

By entering Grace Hill Farms, you understand that photographs or video may be taken during the event and may be used by Grace Hill Farms for our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

Outdoor Farm Conditions

Grace Hill Farms is an outdoor agricultural property, and many activities take place after dark.

Guests should expect uneven ground, gravel, dirt, grass, mud, darkness, limited lighting, steps, inclines, changing walking surfaces, weather conditions, dust, insects, and other conditions normally associated with an outdoor farm.

Please wear appropriate footwear and use reasonable care while walking throughout the property.
